Hips: measure around the widest and LOWEST part of your hip, this is usually at crotch level.
Inseam pants/trousers: measure from crotch to your shoe sole.
Inseam leggings: measure from crotch to ankle bone.

Great for work or fun.

I wanted to add a little more to my closet for corporate goth vibes and this is so perfect. I'm usually iffy on patterns but this one is quite nice, the line work is pretty and the pattern is not distracting. The material is really nice quality. With my wide shoulders, more narrow waist, and wide hips, I was anxious about the fit --- it's perfect. So happy!
