Fantastic Quality

The construction and material is high quality, and the design is thoughtful, specifically the hi-low hem. It’s formal enough to wear to work but can be dressed down easily as well. I love it!

I'm obsessed with this dress!!! So cute with everything and I love the way it drapes longer in the back. The fabric does wrinkle after you wash or don't take care of how you store it, but easy fix with a steamer and I absolutely love it!

Classy and dark, wrinkles easily

The embroidery on this dress is beautiful!!! The material is very lightweight and soft, but will wrinkle super easily. I'm a bit disappointed with how thin the dress is (especially when compared to the density of the collar; it just feels a bit cheap). The sleeves also puff out a little more than I expected, but I'd still say the model photos are accurate. Overall it's a good add to my closet and I enjoy wearing it!

Lovely design but fabric quality disappointing

I really love the design of this dress. I am a bit disappointed by the material of the dress. It took a very long time to iron it. When I wore it for the first time, it easily wrinkled again. Additionally the fabric where the buttons are done up bulges in a really odd way - the fabric "bubbles out" and is not smooth where the buttons are fastened. The dress is loose fitting on me so it's not that the dress is tight and therefore pulling at the buttons. Shame as the dress and embroidery is really lovely.

This dress is buttery soft and the fit is very flattering. The embroidery is well done and quite beautiful! I absolutely love this dress!!!

Absolutely stunning dress!

I absolutely love this dress, the fabric is really thick and soft, and it drapes nicely. It definitely requires a good steam or iron beforehand, but after that is looks awesome on. I love the longer back, the subtle embroidery, and the pockets. I am usually an L/XL, in this instance I webt with the XL, because I have a very large chest and I hate when buttons gap. It's quite generous though. And I probably could have done a Large instead. But I wouldn't call it too big necessarily, with the belt tie it's just more blousey on top. I looked at this a long time and was not sorry I finally caved!

The fabric is incredibly soft, and I am always on the look out for things that look fabulous and are comfortable. Smash hit on both counts. Also, the pockets are actually useful, which was a delightful surprise.

Such a beautiful dress, casual enough yet unique on its own with the stitching. Very flowy and comfortable, easy to dress up or down. The pockets are a huge plus and super deep!

Beautiful but big

I loved this dress. The embroidery is gorgeous. The quality is lovely. However, the top / shoulders runs really large. Also, the asymmetry is a bit much— the front is way too short for me. The back way too long (note the models stance avoids seeing this). I bet it fits some people perfectly (jealous)— but I had to return it. (I am 5’4” 125lbs and the XS was too big)

Would have been perfect if not so long. Even the waist was closer to my hip. I’m 5’4 for reference.

A very cute dress! (just not for me)

When I first found out about Midnight Hour a few months ago, this dress was one of the first items I really considered getting. At the time, it was out of stock, so I added it to my Wishlist and bought a few other things instead. When it came back in stock, I instantly snatched it up!

Let me say that, even though I ended up returning the dress, it's not because it was ill-fitting or uncomfortable or anything like that. I have short hair (asymmetrical, ear-length on one side), so certain things just don't look good on me unless I have longer hair, especially things with flouncy sleeves. This, unfortunately, was one of those things, but it's a really adorable dress, and I still highly recommend it - just for other people, lol.
